企业发展型文化对个体学习的影响——员工情绪与情绪调节的作用 被引量:8

摘要 提出在工作情境中,个体情绪在组织文化影响个体学习过程中起到的重要作用。通过对357个样本统计分析得出:工作情境中,积极情绪对个体学习存在正向影响,消极情绪对个体学习存在负向影响。企业发展型文化通过情绪的部分中介作用对个体学习产生影响。同时,个体的情绪调节策略会对情绪与学习之间的关系起到调节作用,认知重评在积极情绪对个体学习的正向影响过程中起到积极的调节作用,对于认知重评水平较高的个体,积极情绪对个体学习的促进作用更强;另一方面,表达抑制在消极情绪对个体学习负向影响过程中起到消极的调节作用,对于表达抑制水平较高的个体,消极情绪对个体学习的抑制作用更强。 The arousal of emotion and its impact on individual study. Emotion, as an important psychological state of employees learning in work in work settings, settings are discussed in this should get more attention in the studies of learning behaviors in corporations. 357 samples were gathered for the empirical study. The result verified our hypothesis: In work settings, (a) Positive emotion has positive effect on individual learning; Negative emotion has negative effect on individual learning. (b) The relationship between developmental culture and indivi- dual learning is mediated by emotions. (c) Reappraisal positively moderates the relationship between positive emo- tion and individual learning. Suppression negatively moderates the relationship between negative emotion and indi- vidual learning
