摘要
在单因素实验基础上,以化香树果序多糖提取率为评价指标,通过响应面分析方法确定化香树果序多糖最佳提取工艺条件。得到的化香树果序多糖最佳工艺条件为:提取温度85℃,提取时间2.8 h,液料比22(mL/g),提取次数为2次,在此优化条件下多糖的平均提取率为3.57%,得到的多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。
To select the optimum extracting method of polysaccharide from Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc. To select the optimum extracting method by using response surfaee methodology. The optimum extract method of the polysaccharides was determined: the extracted temperature 85 ℃, the extracted time was 2.8 hours, the ratio of water to material 22 (mL/g). The average extraction yield of polysaccharide was 3.57 % under the optimum extracting method. This method was suitable for the extraction and determination of polysaccharide from P. Strobilacea.
