摘要
在石油化工企业中,良好高效的安全教育是维护企业生产安全的基石。相对于传统的书本培训方式,计算机虚拟现实技术可以仿真化工厂区灾害现场的实际情况,使得员工身临其境的参与应急演练,极大地提升了安全培训的效果。本文介绍的虚拟现实救援演练平台,利用了OGRE三维引擎和MAPWINGIS地理信息系统引擎构建了三维视景和地理信息展示平台,展现石化工厂的真实情况。采用物理引擎技术和三维声音技术真实模拟灾害发生和救援的全部过程。该平台提供了大量的应用程序编程接口,便于结合脚本系统等进行二次开发。该平台目前成功应用于某石化企业救援演练系统中,成为该公司培训考核系统的重要部分。
In the petrochemical industry, efficient safety education is a cornerstone of the enterprise production safety. Compared with the traditional training mode with books, virtual reality technology can actually show the chemical plant disaster site and enable employees participate in the emergency drill. This method can greatly improve the effect of safety training. Virtual reality rescue drilling platform is introduced in this article, using the OGRE virtual reality technology to build a virtual reality platform, true 3D simulation of petrochemical plants. The physics engine technology and 3D sound simulate the process of disaster and rescue. The platform provides application programming interface for secondary development. The platform is successfully applied in a petrochemical enterprise rescue drill system and has become an important part of the training and examination system of that company.
