反硝化潜流人工湿地系统的挂膜启动 被引量:3

摘要 研究了反硝化潜流人工湿地系统的挂膜启动过程,寻求判断系统挂膜启动进程的方法,为反硝化潜流人工湿地的启动提供理论依据。在进水流量为2~3L/h、温度为6~10℃、DO控制在5mg/L、pH值为7.0~8.0的条件下,25d内挂膜成功。挂膜成功后,系统对COD和氨氮的去除率分别约为60%和40%,对TN和硝态氮的去除率分别达到50%和70%以上,出水亚硝态氮为0.08~0.9ms/L,水质较为清澈。此时,系统基质上生物膜为黄褐色,厚度约为0.5mm,生物相较为丰富。 The biofilm formation and start-up of denitrification subsurface constructed wetland were studied to find a method for judging the completion of biofilm formation and start-up, which could provide the theory basis for the start-up of the denitrification subsurface constructed wetland. Under the conditions of the influent flow of 2 to 3 L/h, temperature of 6 to 10 ℃, DO of 5 mg/L and pH of 7.0 to 8.0, the biofilm was formed within 25 days. After the formation of biofilm, the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were about 60% and 40% respectively, the removal rates of TN and nitrate nitrogen were over 50% and 70% respectively, the effluent nitrite nitrogen was 0.08 to 0.9 rag/L, and the effluent was clear. By this time, the biofilm on the substrate was yellow brown, the thickness was about 0.5 mm, and the biofaeies were rich.
