摘要
依托太湖流域某城镇污水处理厂,研究了气升式氧化沟型MBR中试装置在不同运行条件下对污染物的去除效能。结果表明,当水力停留时间分别为9、6.75和5.4 h时,出水COD、氨氮和总氮浓度均能达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准,出水总磷浓度可达到二级标准。通过对不同曝气量和曝气方式的优化试验得知,在底部小孔曝气方式时曝气量最低,为48 m3/h,此时的气水比为6∶1。
Wastewater treatment performance of a pilot-scale airlift oxidation ditch membrane bio- reactor (AODMBR) was studied in a wastewater treatment plant located in Taihu Lake Basin. Pollutants removal efficiency of the reactor under different operating conditions was investigated. The concentrations of COD, NH4 - N and TN in the effluent all could meet the first grade A of Discharge Standard of Pollu- tants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002) when hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 9 h, 6.75 h and 5.4 h respectively. The effluent TP concentration could reach the seconda- ry grade standard. The optimized aeration mode for the pilot-scale AODMBR was small bubble aeration with an aeration demand of 48 m3/h, meanwhile the gas-water ratio was 6 : 1.
