A_2N/BAF工艺中一级BAF反冲洗污泥回流方案研究

Research on Recycling of Backwashing Sludge from Primary BAF in Pilotscale A_2N/BAF Process

摘要 通过对A2N/BAF中试工艺中一级BAF反冲洗污泥在厌氧池和缺氧池环境中反应特性的研究,探索了BAF反冲洗污泥的回流处理方案。结果表明:在厌氧池环境中,BAF反冲洗污泥有一定的释磷效果,反应120 min时释磷量为1.17 mg/L,COD浓度降低了24 mg/L,每释放1mg/L的TP约消耗21 mg/L的COD;在缺氧池环境中,BAF反冲洗污泥有较强的吸磷能力,经过120 min,吸磷量为4.29 mg/L,对硝态氮的去除量为10.54 mg/L,COD降解量为16 mg/L,每吸收1mg/L的TP约去除1.21 mg/L的硝态氮。通过比较BAF反冲洗污泥在厌氧池和缺氧池环境中的反应特性,认为BAF污泥回流至缺氧池更合适。 The reaction characteristics of the backwashing sludge from the primary BAF in the pi- lot-scale A2N/BAF process in the anaerobic tank and anoxic tank environment were investigated to study the favorable recycling disposal of the backwashing sludge. The results showed that 1.17 mg/L of TP was released in the anaerobic tank environment within 120 rain along with the decrease of 24 mg/L of COD, and 21 mg/L of COD was consumed with 1 mg/L of TP being released. In the anoxic tank environment, 4.29 mg/L of TP was uptaken within 120 rain, 10.54 mg/L of nitrate and 16 mg/L of COD were re- duced, and 1.21 mg/L of nitrate was consumed by uptaking 1 mg/L of TP. Through the comparison of the different characteristics of the backwashing sludge from the primary BAF in the anaerobic tank and anoxic tank environment, it was more favorable to recycle the backwashing sludge into the anoxic tank.
