投加改性粉煤灰和PAC对MBR运行效果的影响对比 被引量:3

摘要 通过两套平行MBR系统,对比研究了分别投加改性粉煤灰、粉末活性炭(PAC)对MBR(分别记为反应器A、B)中污泥混合液特性和运行周期的影响,并探讨影响机理。研究结果表明,在运行过程中,反应器A的混合液EPS含量增加趋势、LB-EPS沉积量、粒径<10μm的微粒所占比例、Zeta电位降低程度、膜阻力递增趋势均大于反应器B;反应器B运行周期比反应器A延长了1/3。投加PAC延缓膜污染的效果优于投加改性粉煤灰。 Two parallel MBR systems, one with modified fly ash added (Reactor A) and another with PAC added ( Reactor B), were compared to study the effect of the additives on sludge mixture prop- erties and the operational cycle time of the reactors, and the influence mechanism was investigated. The results showed that during the experiment, Reactor A was greater than Reactor B in the increasing trend of EPS, depositing rate of LB-EPS, the percentage of particles of less than 10 microns, the reduction of Zeta potential and the increasing of transmembrane pressure. The operational cycle time of Reactor B was longer than Reactor A by 1/3. Adding PAC was better than adding modified fly ash in slowing down the membrane fouling.
