摘要
针对重庆市主城区的排水防涝综合规划的编制,在都市核心区(内环以内)范围内构建了基于Info Works ICM水力模型软件的排水管网模型。利用Info Works ICM通过一维模拟实现排水系统的排水能力评估,通过二维模拟实现内涝风险评估。模型模拟得出,重庆市核心区排水管渠满流过流能力小于3年重现期的占40%,核心区内涝高风险区占1.4%、中风险区占3.2%,且重庆市内涝严重区主要集中在低洼地区。
To compile the Chongqing core area, the hydrauli comprehensive planning for drainage and waterlogging prevention in c model was constructed based on InfoWorks ICM, a hydraulic model- ing software. 1D simulation and 2D simulation were conducted by using InfoWorks ICM to achieve drain- age capacity assessment and waterlogging risk assessment, respectively. The results showed that within the core area of Chongqing, the zone with drainage capacity of less than 3 year of return period accounted for 40% of the sewer, and waterlogging high-risk zone and middle-risk zone accounted for 1.4% and 3.2% respectively. Furthermore, severe waterlogging occurred mainly in low-lying sites.
