摘要
以给水处理厂产生的铝污泥为研究对象,考察其对磷的吸附特性及陈化时间的影响。结果表明,铝污泥对磷的吸附容量主要受p H值的影响,当p H值由4.3升至9.0时,磷吸附容量由3.57 mg/g降为0.74 mg/g;水解试验结果显示,铝污泥中含有羟基、氯离子、硫酸根离子及腐殖质等;吸附过程中,伴随着磷酸根浓度的下降,p H值、氯离子、硫酸根离子及腐殖质呈上升趋势,表明铝污泥对磷的吸附机理主要是配位体交换。在540 d的陈化过程中,傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射及SEM分析结果表明,铝污泥的结构、官能团和表面形貌均未发生明显变化,表明陈化时间对铝污泥吸附磷的性能并无显著影响。
The phosphorus adsorption characteristics of alum sludge from waterworks and the influ- ence of aging time on adsorption were investigated. The results showed that the phosphorus adsorption ca- pacity of alum sludge was decreased from 3.57 to 0.74 mg/g when the pH value was increased from 4.3 to 9.0, indicating that the pH value had significant effect on phosphorus adsorption capacity of alum sludge. The results of hydrolysis experiment revealed that the alum sludge contained reactive functional groups, such as -OH, Cl- , SO2- and humic substance. In the adsorption process, the decrease inPO34- concentration was accompanied with an increase in pH values and concentrations of SO24- , Cl- and humic substance, suggesting that ligand exchange was the dominating mechanism. No obvious change in morphological structure, functional group and surface characteristics of alum sludge in the aging process for 540 d revealed that the aging time had no significant effect on phosphorus adsorption capacity of alum sludge.
