超滤与混凝沉淀单元短流程适配的中试研究 被引量:4

摘要 分别针对沉淀池进水、沉淀池中部水样、沉淀池出水开展了超滤中试试验,研究了在不同混凝沉淀段位耦合时超滤膜出水水质的变化情况以及超滤膜的污染特性。结果表明,对于浊度、CODMn、UV254等水质指标而言,不同段位混凝沉淀-超滤的耦合工艺对水质的净化作用基本相当。但从膜污染上看,耦合段位设置在沉淀池进水端时,超滤膜的污染非常严重;而设置在出水端则可明显减缓膜污染;将耦合段位设置在沉淀池中部时,膜污染速率虽略有升高但幅度不大,同时可以显著减小水厂的占地面积。 Aiming at the influent in sedimentation tank, the water samples from the central part of the sedimentation tank,and the effluent from the sedimentation tank,respectively,pilot-scale experiments have been carried out. When coupling with coagulation/sedimentation at different sections, the changes of the ultrafihration (UF) membrane effluent water quality and the fouling characteristics of ultrafihration membrane are investigated. The results show that,as far as turbidity, CODM, and UVzs4 are concerned, the coupling process of coagulation/sedimentation-ultra filtration at different sections is basically equivalent to the purification of water quality. However, from the viewpoint of membrane fouling,it is found that when the coupling section was set at the inlet of sedimentation tank,the membrane fouling of the UF membrane was very serious. outlet of the sedimentation tank, the membrane fouling was at the central part of the sedimentation tank, the membrane Meanwhile, the floor area of the water plant can be reduced On the other hand,if the coupling section was set at the significantly reduced. When the coupling section was set fouling rate was not too serious, although a slightly higher. remarkably.
