摘要
采用填充沸石的电化学反应器对20 mg/L的氨氮模拟污水进行处理研究,考察了影响氨氮去除效果的主要因素及处理效果。结果表明:当采用不锈钢板作为阴阳极、电流密度8 m A/cm2、电源电压60 V、初始p H=5、载铁斜发沸石填充量为200 g/L、曝气量为7 L/min、反应时间20 min时,废水中氨氮质量浓度能从20 mg/L降低到5 mg/L左右,达到国家城市污水处理厂一级A的排放标准(GB 18918—2002)。
The simulated wastewater containing 20 mg/L of ammonia nitrogen has been treated by an electrochemi- cal reactor in which the zeolite particles were packed. The factors affecting ammonia nitrogen removing effect from the sewage and its treatment effect are investigated. The results show that the mass concentration of ammonia nitro- gen in sewage can be reduced from 20 mg/L to about 5 mg/L under the following conditions,when stainless steel plates are used as the anode and cathode, current density is 8 mA/cm2, electrolysis voltage 60 V, initial pH 5, dosage of Ferric supported clinoptilolite 200 g/L, aeration rate 7 L/min, and reaction time 20 min. The effluent could meet the requirements for Grade A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918-- 2002).
