摘要
以有机污染反渗透系统为背景,对系统中前后不同膜段、不同高程膜壳、不同位置元件与元件内部的污染物质量分布进行了全面分析。明确了不同系统流程位置膜元件的污染程度与其给水污染物浓度、运行膜通量及元件回收率相关,相同膜段中不同膜壳的污染程度与其安装高程及给浓水管路压降相关,元件内部不同位置膜片的污染程度与膜片的位置高程、膜片与中心管的距离以及膜片污染面的朝向相关。
Taking organic pollution reverse osmosis system as the background,a multi-analysis has been implemented on the pollutant mass distribution in different membrane sections at A-P position of the system, different heights of membrane shells, and elements in different positions and in the interior of elements. It is concluded that the pollution level of membrane elements with different system process positions is related to the feed-water pollutant concentra- tion, running membrane flux, and membrane recovery rate. The pollution level of different membrane shells in the same membrane section is related to its installation heights, and pressure drop of thick feed-water pipelines. The poll- ution level of the membrane in different positions of the interior of elements is related to the position height of mem- brane, the distance between membrane and central pipe, and the facing directions of membrane pollution surface.
