摘要
采用超高石灰铝法向含氯废水中添加氧化钙和偏铝酸钠,使钙离子、铝离子与氯离子形成不溶性的沉淀,达到去除氯离子的目的。考察了时间、温度、氧化钙添加量、偏铝酸钠添加量对溶液中氯离子去除的影响,结果表明:超高石灰铝法可以有效去除氯离子,当温度为40℃,搅拌时间为40 min,n(Ca)∶n(Al)∶n(Cl)为5∶3∶1时,氯离子去除率达到80.05%,石化废水处理后的氯离子质量浓度为193 mg/L,达到回用水要求氯离子低于200 mg/L的标准。
Using ultra-high lime with aluminum process, calcium oxide and sodium aluminate are added to chloride- containing wastewater, so as to make calcium ions, aluminum ions and chloride ions form insoluble precipitate. The purpose of chloride ions removing can thus be achieved. The effects of all the parameters on the removal of chloride ions from the solution are investigated. The results show that ultra-high lime with aluminum process can effectively remove chloride ions. When the temperature is 40 ℃ ,stirring time 40 min,and n (Ca): n (A1): n (C1) 5:3:1 ,the chloride ion removing rate can reach 80.05% and the mass concentration of treated chloride ions is 193 mg/L, reaching the standard that the recycled water requires the chloride ions should be lower than 200 mg/L.
