摘要
实验研究了威灵仙提取液的制备及其对模拟工业循环冷却水中Q235钢的缓蚀性能。紫外吸收光谱、电化学极化曲线、阻抗谱以及腐蚀失重等实验结果表明,综合考虑溶出率与缓蚀率,80℃水溶提取效果好于醇、酸助提;提取液投加量为7.52×10-3 g/m L时对Q235钢的缓蚀率达92.1%、腐蚀速率降至0.043 0 mm/a;缓蚀类型属于阳极型腐蚀抑制。
The extract from clematis has been prepared and its corrosion inhibiting capacity for steel Q235 in simulated industrial circulating cooling water investigated. The results by UV-visible spectroscopy, electrochemical polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and weight loss methods indicate that considering the dissolution rate and corrosion inhibiting rate comprehensively, the water soluble extracting effect at 80 ℃ is better than that of alcohol or acid extractant. When the dosage of extracted solution is 7.52 ×10^-3 g/mL,the corrosion inhibiting rate for steel Q235 can reach 92.1% and corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.043 0 mm/a. The corrosion inhibition is of anodic type.
