随着腔镜甲状腺手术在国内外的广泛开展,腔镜技术在甲状腺癌手术中的应用颇受关注。相比传统的开放甲状腺手术,腔镜甲状腺手术,具有颈部无瘢痕、切口隐蔽及美容效果好等优点,但也存在手术操作复杂、培训时间长等缺点。临床上,术者必须注重选择合适的病人,掌握腔镜下的基本操作技能,并能合理应用腔镜甲状腺的各种特殊设备。要坚持"治愈疾病第一,美容第二"的手术原则。
