过载阶梯谱下CFRP加固RC构件疲劳实验研究

摘要 为了探明公路桥梁中碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)加固钢筋混凝土(RC)结构在车辆过大荷载(简称过载)作用下的疲劳及耐久性能,以广州某高速公路的典型上部结构"20 m空心板简支梁"为研究背景,提出了过载的界定方法,界定了车辆荷载的过载,生成了3级过载阶梯谱;提出了在该过载阶梯谱下CFRP加固RC梁的疲劳实验方法,并成功地实施了碳纤维薄板(CFL)加固RC梁的疲劳实验,获得了相应的S-N曲线,给出了其疲劳方程. In order to prove the fatigue property and reliability of reinforced concrete (RC) members strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) in highway bridge under the vehicle overload, this paper focuses on a typical superstructure such as 20 m hollow slab simply supported beam bridge in highway of Guangzhou, define method of overload for vehicle loading was proposed,and the highway overload for vehicle loading was defined, a three steps ladder spectrum of the overload was generated. And then, the fatigue testing method of the RC members strengthened with CFRP using the ladder spectrum of the overload was proposed, and the fatigue tests of RC beams strengthened with carbon fiber laminate (CFL)were carded out successfully. The S-N curves and the fatigue equations were obtained.
