零售药店销售处方药存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Prescription Drug in Retail Pharmacies

目的:了解3类零售药店(城市连锁药店、城市单体药店、乡镇单体药店)在处方药管理和销售过程中存在的问题,推进药品分类管理制度的发展,促进居民合理、安全用药。方法:通过设计调查问卷与实地观察,对枣庄市2014年4-5月60家零售药店是否凭处方销售处方药、有无执业药师在岗、特殊管理药品的销售是否规范等一系列问题进行调查统计并提出建议。结果与结论:在调查统计的60家零售药店中,包括城市连锁药店20家、城市单体药店20家和乡镇单体药店20家;仅14家(23.3%)药店凭处方出售处方药,3家(5.0%)城市连锁药店有执业药师且在岗;多家药店的抗生素、特殊管理药品、处方药未按有关规定销售。零售药店处方药管理和销售中存在多种违规问题。建议完善药品分类管理制度并加强对零售药店的监管,以保障患者合理、安全用药。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the problems of 3 types of retail pharmacies （city chain pharmacies, city monomer pharmacies and town pharmacies） in prescription drug sales and management, and promote the development of drug classification management system and rational and safety drug use. METHODS： According to questionnaire and field investigation, the sales of 60 retail pharmacies in Zaozhuang from Apr. to May in 2014 were surveyed and suggestions were presented. RESULTS ＆ CON- CLUSIONS： Among the 60 retail pharmacies, there were 20 city chain pharmacies, 20 city monomer pharmacies and 20 town phar- macies. Only 14 pharmacies （23.3%） sold prescription drugs as the prescriptions and 3 city chain pharmacies （5.0%） had pharma- cists to audit prescription. The antibiotics, special management drugs and prescription drugs were not in line with the related require- ments. There still exist many irregularities in the management and sales of prescriptions drugs in retail pharmacies. It is suggested to improve the drug classification management system and strengthen the monitoring of retail pharmacies to insure the rational and safe drug use.
