腐熟秸秆覆盖及EM菌发酵肥对黄瓜品质影响的研究 被引量:10

Effects of Composting Mulch and Organic Fertilizer Fermented by EM on Cucumber Quality

摘要 在有机栽培条件下,研究了益生菌(effective microorganisms,EM)发酵的有机肥和腐熟秸秆覆盖对黄瓜营养品质的影响。结果表明,EM菌发酵的有机肥可以显著提高黄瓜品质,其中由农家肥加入EM菌发酵肥(有机肥1)分别使黄瓜维生素C、可溶性总糖、可溶性还原糖、蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量提高24.03%、26.79%、22.12%、12.89%和18.81%。由米糠和豆粕加入EM菌发酵肥(有机肥2)分别使之提高了55.22%、24.24%、52.56%、3.68%和19.80%。有机肥1使黄瓜有机酸和硝酸盐含量分别降低了3.38%和5.14%,而有机肥2使其降低了10.96%和16.32%。两种有机肥对黄瓜葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖含量无显著影响。两种秸秆覆盖处理均能促进黄瓜营养品质提高,但提高效果不显著。 The study explored the effects of composting mulchand organic fertilizer fermented by effective microorganisms( effective microorganisms,EM) on the quality of cucumber under the organic cultivation conditions.The results showed that organic fertilizer fermented by EM significantly improved the quality of the fruit. When the manure fermented by EM( organic fertilizer 1) was added,content of vitamin C,soluble sugar,reducing sugar,soluble protein and free amino acid increased by 24. 03%,26. 79%,22. 12%,12. 89% and 18. 81%,respectively. By adding rice bran and soybean meal to the EM fermented fertilizer( organic fertilizer 2) were increased by 55. 22%,24. 24%,52. 56%,3. 68% and 19. 80%,respectively. Organic fertilizer 1 made the organic acid and nitrate decreased by 3. 38% and 5. 14%,and decreased by 10. 96% and 16. 32% for organic fertilizer 2. Two kinds of organic fertilizer had no obvious influence on glucose,fructose and sucrose. Two treatments of straw mulching also increased the nutrition quality of cucumber,but the increase is not significant.
