摘要 采用水热法合成了具有高指数表面晶面的扁六角片状纳米氧化铝,并用XRD、TEM、SAEDP、HRTEM以及N2吸附-脱附等技术对样品进行了表征,采用电子衍射和高分辨图像对其微观结构和显露晶面进行了研究。结果表明,合成的样品为具有高指数表面晶面的单晶扁六角片状纳米γ-Al2O3,侧表面显露晶面主要是{110}、{752}和{541}晶面族,上下表面主要显露{111}晶面族。纳米γ-Al2O3晶粒的尺寸主要集中在长度65 nm,宽度59 nm,厚度为5.5 nm,大小较为均匀,孔径分布较为集中。 The oblate-hexagonal nanosized schistose γ-Al2O3 with high index surface planes was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction pattern, high-resolution TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. The microstructure and the revealed crystal planes were studied by selected area electron diffraction pattern and high-resolution TEM techniques. The results show that sample is the oblate-hexagonal schistose γ-Al2O3 with high index surface planes. The side surface is mainly {110}, {752} and {541} crystal planes. The top and bottom surfaces are mainly {111} crystal planes. The sizes of the nanosized schistose γ-Al2O3 are mainly in length 65nm, width 59nm, thickness 5.5nm. The grain sizes are uniform, and the pore size distribution is concentrated.
