摘要 稠油采输系统输送大量能源,同时也消耗大量能量。分析了具体案例,计算了稠油采输系统三个子系统的热效率和效率,并对稠油采输系统的热效率和效率的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:在注气锅炉子系统方面,给水流量和蒸汽压力对系统影响较大;在集输子系统方面,蒸汽干度对系统影响较大;在集输子系统方面,加热炉进风温度对系统影响较小。 Heavy oil recovery and transportation system transports large amounts of energy, but also consume a lot of energy. Through analysis of the specific case, the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of three subsystems in the heavy oil recovery and transmission system were calculated, and influence factors on thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the heavy oil recovery and transportation system were analyzed. The results show that: in the gas injection boiler subsystem, water flow and steam pressure has greater impact on the system; in the injection-production subsystem, steam dryness has greater impact on the system; in the gathering subsystem, the heating furnace inlet air temperature has less influence on the system less influence.
