摘要 蒸汽吞吐是稠油油田开采最经济有效的手段,工艺技术在较长时间的应用过程中已经十分成熟,但是由于井底温度高在下泵作业中总是发生套管变形、套管内壁上集结许多矿物结晶和蜡、金属密封器卡的现象,不能有效使油井进行正常下泵开采。针对热采下泵过程中造成卡钻原因进行有效分析,制定解卡工艺,来处理热采井下泵作业中卡钻事故的发生,并制定有效的预防措施。 The steam stimulation is the most economic and effective method for heavy oil field exploitation, the technology has been very mature. But due to high bottom hole temperature, casing deformation, formation of mineral crystallization and wax on casing internal wall, metal sealing device sticking phenomenon often happen in downhole pump operation, which can affect normal oil well production. In this paper, reasons to cause the sticking accidents in downhole pump operation in thermal recovery were analyzed, the process to treat the sticking accidents was developed, and effective precautionary measures were put forward.
