斯达尔夫人被誉为法国浪漫主义文学的"产婆"。她的浪漫主义理论在一定程度上是受到启蒙运动者们的影响,但在很大程度上更是受到了德国文学大家的直接影响,这其中不仅包括歌德、席勒,还有作为德国浪漫主义文学理论开创者和奠基者的施莱格尔兄弟。
