关于“90后”大学新生适应问题与适应教育的思考

Thinking about “after 90” university freshmen adapt to the current situation and adapt to the education

目前,"90后"大学新生已成为高校的主力军,"90后"新生适应不良问题也逐渐凸显,如何面对和解决新生适应问题已经成为了高校面临的重要课题。"90后"大学新生由于环境、学习方式、人际关系以及心理这些方面的改变,导致了一些列的新生适应问题。因此,本文提出通过认真建立适应困难学生数据库、积极开展入学教育活动、加强班干部、心理委员、舍长队伍建设和充分发挥朋辈辅导员作用这些措施,使"90后"大学生更好的适应大学新生活。

At present, ＂after 90＂ college students has become the main force of colleges and universities, ＂after 90 ＂ freshmen maladjustment problems also gradually highlights, how to face and solve new problems has become an important task to colleges and universities.＂After 90＂college students due to the environment, the approach to learning, interpersonal relationship and psychological aspects of change, led to a series of new adaptation. Therefore, in this paper, through the establishment of database of difficult students seriously, actively carry out entrance education activities, to strengthen the class cadre, psychological committee member, shed long team construction and give full play to the peer counselor role of these measures, the＂90 after＂college students better adapt to college life.
