医药类高校贫困生需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis for medical college students' demand

为了了解医药类高校贫困生的需求,以便寻求更好的贫困生资助方式,本文以马斯洛需求理论为指导,对医药类高校300名学生进行了需求调查,发现贫困生对于低级的需求程度还比较强烈,高校的资助工作应该根据贫困生的需求来开展,同时要加强贫困生的自身的能力建设,提高他们的综合素质,最终达到资助育人的目的。

To understand the demand of medical college students, in order to seek better ways of funding for poor students, based on Maslow＇s demand theory as a guide, investigated 300 medical universities students, and found that poor students has relatively strong demand for lower level, the financing work of colleges and universities should be based on the demand of the poor students in order to develop, at the same time to strengthen the ability construction of poor students, improve their comprehensive quality, ultimately achieve the goal of funding for education.
