构建大学英语EGP与ESP有效衔接的教学模式

Build effective connection of teaching mode for college English EGP with ESP

当前的大学在进行英语教学时主要体现为EGP教学,这种传统的教学模式必须与专业英语学习结合起来,才能适应社会发展对专门人才的需求。本文通过分析如何实现EGP与ESP教学的衔接以及师资队伍培养,逐步建立EGP+ESP课程体系,并促进二者的有效衔接,以期能提高学生的学习积极性及大学英语的教学质量,从而满足社会对更高质量人才的需求,实现大学英语教学的目标。

The current university teaching mainly embodied in EGP teaching, the traditional teaching mode should be combined with professional English learning, in order to adapt to social development, the demand for specialized personnel. Implementation are analyzed in this paper EGP cohesion with ESP teaching, and teaching staff training, gradually establish EGP＋ESP curriculum system, and promote the effective connection of the two, in order to improve the students＇ learning enthusiasm and quality of college English teaching, so as to meet the social demand for higher quality talents, to achieve the goal of college English teaching.
