摘要
本研究主要探讨浙江省旅游企业人才安全现状,研究对象为浙江省11个地级市旅行社、酒店、旅游集散中心的涵盖各个级别的大专以上学历工作人员。对其进行职业状况测试,进而了解不同背景的旅游人才对旅游企业职业状况各维度是否存在影响。研究结果显示旅游人才的年龄、服务年限与收入因素会对旅游企业工作本身的看法造成影响;旅游人才的年龄、学历因素会对旅游企业相关人际关系的感受造成影响;旅游人才的婚姻状况、学历、服务年限等因素会影响旅游人才对所在旅游企业的看法。
This study mainly discusses the present situation of tourism enterprises’ talent security in Zhejiang province, the object of the study are all levels staff with college degree or above of travel agencies, hotels and tourism hub cover in 11 cities in Zhejiang province. Through the professional test condition, and then understand whether tourism talents of different background have any influence on professional tourism enterprises’ situation. The results showed that age, length of service in tourism talents and income factors will affect perceptions of tourism enterprises work itself;Tourism talented person's age, educational background factors will affect tourism enterprises related to interpersonal feelings;Tourism talented person's marital status, education, length of service and other factors influence tourism talents for the tourism enterprises.
