新编竖版地图对提升国民海洋意识的作用

Research on New Vertical Version of the Map of Ascension the Role of the National Marine Consciousness

2013年版《世界地势图》和《中华人民共和国地图》,以竖版形式向公众呈现新视角的世界和中国。竖版地图在提升国民海洋意识方面的积极意义有三:一是普及国民海洋知识,树立全新的"海洋观";二是形成立体国土观,强化国民海洋国土意识;三是有助于人们变换视角看待世界与中国,保障海洋权益和国家安全。

The Relief Map of the World and Map of the people＇s Republic of China , published in 2013, present the world and China to the public with a new perspective in the form of a vertical version of the map. The vertical version of map has a positive significance in promoting the national ocean conscious- ness. To begin with, it popularizes national marine knowledge and sets up the new concept of ocean. Be- sides, it builds the three dimensional concept of territory, strengthening the concept of marine territory. Further more, it helps people forming a new view the world and China, contributing to assuring maritime rights and interests and protecting national security.
