摘要
岭南师范学院2011-2013届毕业生就业状况的调查数据显示:珠三角、粤西是毕业生主要就业市场;教育系统和企业单位是毕业生主要就业阵地;专业就业质量差异显著,就业结构性矛盾仍较突出,职教系统接纳毕业生水平低。针对毕业生的就业意向、就业观念及择业行为特点,建议学校重视专业设置与社会需求的关联,提高毕业生就业核心竞争力,构建全员参与、全程指导的职业辅导工作体系,以内合外联的观念培育就业市场,积极引导大学生到中西部、基层农村、中小企业就业,培育和提高大学生自主创业能力。
The survey data of the 2011--2013 sessions undergraduates" employment situation of Ling- nan normal university indicates that The Pearl River Delta and Guangdong western is the main employment market of graduates. The education system and the enterprise unit is the main employment position; the professional employment quality is significantly different. The employment structure contradictions is still prominent. The acceptance level of vocational education system is low. According to the undergraduates" employment intentions, employment concepts and career behavior characteristics, advice to the university is to pay attention to the correlation of specialty setting and social demand, to improve the graduates" em- ployment core competitiveness; to construct the work system of occupation guidance of full participation, full guidance, to cultivate the employment market with the concept of internal integration and external co- ordination, to guide actively students to work in the Midwest, rural areas, small and medium--sized enter- prises, and to cultivate and improve the entrepreneurship ability of college students.
