Health Services Research of Elderly Population in Western Rural Areas

目前,西部农村老年人口在享受医疗卫生服务方面存在困境,即合理的医疗卫生服务需求受制于市场、社会保障制度以及家庭结构变迁等因素而得不到有效满足。走出这一困境,一方面需要转变医疗服务理念,提高医疗服务质量并加大医疗供给;另一方面则要合理界定各类责任主体的责任范围,并合理、有效发挥政府、市场、社会组织以及家庭的功能,实现各种机制的功能互补。

The medical and health condition in western rural of our country is the most weak across the country,the medical and health service of elderly population in western rural can not effectively meet due to the market,the social security system,the family struc-ture change and other factors. Therefore,on the one hand,we need to improve the quality of medical services and medical supplies to change the dilemma of medical service;on the other hand,the reasonable responsibility scope of the main subjects such as government, market,society,organizations and families should be defined,and their function can be played reasonably and effectively to realize the function of various mechanisms complement each other.
