摘要
基于Moldflow软件分析平台将设计的前蒙皮主体浇注系统进行数值模拟分析,分析表明浇注系统填充完全,模腔内温度分布均匀,熔胶同时到达产品充填末端,流动平衡,并且锁模力和注射压力均在设备要求的范围内;困气多集中在骨位末端及分型面上,存在熔接痕.
Simulation analysis on the front skin runner system are conducted in Moldflow software,showing that the main body is filled completely,the temperature in mold cavity is distributed evenly,and so reaches the end at the same time smoothly. Mold locking and injection pressure are within the requirements and air trap is mostly at end of ribs and mould joints with less meld marks.
