“一带一路”战略视阈下我国区域经济的协调发展

Promotion for the Coordinated Development of Regional Economy in China under the "One-Belt-and-One-Road" Strategy

我国区域经济发展水平、经济结构、基础设施和社会事业发展都呈现较大差距。这种差距的形成有区位、禀赋等客观原因,也有区域比较优势、经济发展模式和政策策略等原因。促进区域协调发展的关键是,顺应生产要素开始向西集中的经济规律,营造良好环境,扩大向西开放。国家提出的"一带一路"战略从时机、内容、导向、措施等方面都能有效促进区域协调发展。为此,本文从规划、财税、金融、贸易和投资等方面提出推进"一带一路"战略的政策建议。

There is a big gap in the regional economic development level, economic structure, infrastructure and social undertakings due to objective reasons （e.g., location and natural endowment）, regional comparative advantages, economic development pattern and policies and strategies. The key to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy is to comply with the economic laws of production factors flocking to the west areas in China, build a good business circumstance in the west areas and broaden opening level of the west areas. The One Belt and One Road strategy is helpful to accelerate the regional coordinated development. To take advantage of this strategy, this paper gives a series of policy suggestions on the planning, fiscal taxation, finance, trade and investment.
