摘要
研究目的:国内城市轨道交通目前多采用一种坠铊内置式补偿下锚方式,但是在施工现场存在安装精度、调整准确度要求高的难题,同时该种下锚方式的补偿精度、传动效率及可靠性与理想情况稍有偏差。本文针对此种情况,提出采用接触网全内置下锚方式来解决问题,在满足工程功能的前提下将棘轮的一部分放置在支柱内部,同时对景观效果有很大程度的改善。研究结论:通过研究可得出以下结论:(1)通过研究分析,在城市轨道交通中全内置下锚方式是一种可行的接触网补偿下锚方式;(2)全内置式补偿下锚与坠铊内置式补偿下锚比较,内置式棘轮连接机构造价略高,其他零部件造价基本一致;(3)全内置式补偿下锚方式现场安装比较方便;(4)通过研究可进一步了解全内置补偿集成系统的技术性能,掌握内置锚柱下锚方式安装技术及运营维护经验,为国内城市轨道交通采用新型全内置式补偿装置和优化相应的支持结构景观化积累工程经验;(5)本研究成果可应用在城市轨道交通供电系统领域。
Research purposes: Now it has a balance weight built -in anchor mode which is used in domestic urban rail transit. But the installation precision and adjustment accuracy are demanding in the construction site, and this kind of anchor mode~ transmission efficiency and reliability has a little deviation to ideal situation. For this situation, this article puts forward to use all built - in anchor mode overhead contact system to solve the problem, places a part of the ratchet in mast to meet the function, which have greatly improved the effect of the landscape. Research conclusions: Through the research, the following conclusions can be drawn : ( 1 ) All built - in anchor mode is a feasible overhead contact system anchor way in urban rail transit. (2) Through the comparison of all built - in anchor way and balance weight built - in anchor mode, the cost of built - in ratchet wheel is slightly higher, and the other parts are basically equal. ( 3 ) All built - in anchor mode's installation is more convenient. (4) Further understand the technical function of all built - in anchor mode, mast the installation technology, operation and maintenance experience of all built - in anchor mode, improve the effect of the landscape and accumulate engineering experience for domestic rail transit with new all built - in anchor mode. (5) The research result can be applied in the field of urban rail transit.
