摘要
以当前数字化出版趋势与用户信息需求的变化对图书馆馆藏建设带来的挑战为背景,从宏观和微观两个层面探讨了高校图书馆读者参与文献资源建设的方式和内容,并对读者参与文献资源建设实践中存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出读者参与文献资源建设模式发展完善的对策,如制定科学的馆藏发展政策、调整文献经费预算分配、决策人员结构、完善激励机制、优化工作流程、利用新理念和新技术拓展馆藏建设方式等。
On the base of the challenges of current information environment and the change of users＇ information needs to li- brary collection development, this paper discussed the methods and contents of the user-participated collection de- velopment from macroscopic and microscopic aspects, and analyzed the problems of practice, and proposed coun- termeasures and direction of development, such as make collection development policy, adjust decision-making team of funds, improve excitation mechanism, optimize work flow, using new ideas and new technology to expand the collection acquisitions mode
