摘要
利用问卷调研数据,运用层次回归方法,探索了员工创造力与绩效结果(员工总体绩效)和情感结果(工作满意度、情感承诺和持续承诺)的相关关系,检验了创造性角色认同和创造性努力在上述关系中所起的中介作用和调节作用。研究结果表明:员工创造力与员工总体绩效、工作满意度、情感承诺和持续承诺之间存在显著的正相关关系;创造性角色认同在员工创造力与员工总体绩效、工作满意度、情感承诺和持续承诺的关系中起中介作用;员工的创造性努力在员工创造力与创造性角色认同之间起正向的调节作用。
Using the data from the questionnaire survey,this paper studies the relationship between individual creativity and performance and e- motional consequences the result shows as follows:individual creativity is positively related to individual overall performance,job satisfaction, af- fective commitment and continuance commitment;creative role identity serves as an intermediary in the relationships between individual creativi- ty and individual overall performance,job satisfaction,affective commitment and continuance commitment;individual creative effort has a positive moderation role in the relationship between individual creativity and creative role identity.
