摘要
从实证角度对产业融合和企业商业模式创新进行了计量。按融合方式将产业融合划分为产业内融合和跨产业融合,按行业和产业融合类型进行样本分类,实证研究了产业融合与服务业企业商业模式创新绩效的关系。以客户满意度为调节变量,研究了B2C关系在产业融合与服务业企业商业模式的锁定、协同及演进过程中所起的作用。研究结果表明:产业内融合与服务业企业的商业模式创新绩效高度正相关,且客户满意度对这种正向关系具有积极的促进作用,但跨产业融合与之没有呈现出显著的正向关系;相比其他样本行业,产业融合对餐饮旅游业企业的商业模式创新绩效的影响略小。
This paper measures industrial convergence and firm's business model innovation. And it divides industrial convergence into inner-in dustrial convergence and across industrial convergence,and empirically studies the relationship between industrial convergence and firm's busi- ness model innovation performance through classifying the sample by industry and industrial convergence type. Then it takes customer satisfae tion as the moderator variable,and analyzes the moderating effect of B2C on the relationship between industrial convergence and service business model locking,coordination and evolution. The results show as follows:industrial convergence is highly positive correlate with service firm% bus- iness model innovation performance,and customer satisfaction has a positive role in promoting this positive relationship, but across industrial convergence does not present a significant positive correlation ; compared with other four service industries, catering tourism industry is the one in which the impact of industrial convergence on business model innovation performance is smallest.
