摘要
从企业内部组织管理因素出发,从组织学习的基本单元——部门入手,理论探讨了部门内部整合和跨部门组织对组织的知识获取能力和绩效的影响,并提出了7个研究命题。基于此,针对企业的管理实践提出了相应的措施。
Starting from the department,the basic unit of organization,this paper theoretically discusses the impacts of department intra-inte- gration and cross-department organization on the organizationrs knowledge acquisition capability and performance, and puts forward seven propositions. Based on these propositions,it provides some valuable recommendations for firm's management practice.
