摘要 刀具磨损检测是盾构在复合地层施工中的一个重要研究课题。针对在盾构掘进时刀盘外圈刀具的磨损检测问题,采用正交试验法对掘进参数分析刀具磨损的方法进行了改进,建立了刀具磨损量计算的新模型。分析了掘进过程中总推力、刀盘转速、泡沫注入量对刀具磨损量的影响度,并对计算模型进行了显著性检验。最后,利用盾构施工实测数据对该计算模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,该模型计算的刀具磨损的检测结果与实际换刀是吻合的,并且可以对掘进参数的设置进行指导,以提高掘进效率。 Cutter wearing detection is an important research topic in complex strata of shield construction. Aimed at the outer disc cutting tool wear detection problems at the time of construction with shield machine, the boring parameter analysis method of cutter wearing is improved by orthogonal test, and a new calculation model of cutting tool wear detection is proposed. The effects of factors on the cutting tool wear degree are analyzed, such as total thrust force, rotation speed of cutter disc and foam in- jection volume, and the significance testing on the calculation model is calculated. Finally, the calculation model is verified using the measured data of shield construction. The experimental results show that, the detection results of cutter wearing by the calculation model are consistent with the actual replacement of cutting tool, and the boring parameters can be guided to improve the construction efficiency.
