北极航线在我国“一带一路”建设中的作用研究

The Studyon the Role of the Arctic Route in “One Belt and One Road” Construction

"一带一路"战略作为国家发展战略,对我国经济发展及地区合作意义重大。北极航线是尚未通航但极具商业潜力和经济价值的战略性航线,并同样能够促进国家间经济政治合作。为此,将北极航线嵌入"一带一路"战略中,重点探讨了北极航线在我国"一带一路"建设中可发挥的重要作用,在此基础上,提出了北极航线配合"一带一路"建设的实施策略,以期为我国"一路一带"建设问题提供有益参考。

This paper embedded the Arctic route in the ＂one belt and one road＂ strategy, focusing on the important function of the Arctic route in ＂one belt and one road＂ strategy can play. Finally, implementation strategy about arctic route coordinating ＂one belt and one road＂ was investigated in order to provide helpful refer-ence for national strategy and ＂one belt and one road＂ construction.
