目前,朝鲜引进外资的相关法律环境逐步完善,外资引进的面从限定的特区扩展到国内各地区经济开发区,外资引进政策发生巨大转变。但政府主导型的外资引进,恶劣的国际政治经济环境以及落后的基础设施建设等原因,让朝鲜的外资引进面临巨大挑战。
