企业的人力资本、吸收能力与FDI技术溢出——基于我国微观企业面板数据的实证研究 被引量：1

摘要 文章通过采用我国2004-2007年的微观企业面板数据,研究人力资本对促进内资企业吸收FDI(外商直接投资)技术溢出的贡献。研究结果显示,东道国内资企业的人力资本与其吸收同行业的外资技术溢出的能力显著相关,企业人力资本的受教育程度越高,增加同行业的FDI为其带来的技术进步效应就越大。继而发现,对于国有企业而言,企业人力资本对吸收外资技术溢出并无显著贡献。
