摘要 针对矿井监测系统中将无线传感网络节点接入工业以太网的需求,提出一种ZigBee/以太网网关的设计方案。该方案使用CC2530作为传感节点、路由节点及协调器节点,组成树型网络拓扑结构;使用STM32F103做主控制器,ENC28J60做网络控制器,实现ZigBee数据和以太网数据的相互转换和传输。设计了网关硬件电路,ZigBee无线组网、数据帧转换以及驱动程序。测试结果表明,该网关能正常传输数据,性能可靠,实现了不同数据帧之间的转换。 There are great demand for wireless sensor network nodes to be accessible to industrial Ethernet in mine monitoring system. A design of ZigBee/Ethernet gateway is proposed in this pa- per. In this design, CC2530 is used as sensor node, routing node and coordinator node which is made up of a tree network topology, and STM32F103 is used as master controller, ENC28J60 as network controller to implement mutual data conversion and transmission between ZigBee and Ethernet. Gateway hardware circuit, ZigBee networking, data frame conversion, and the drivers are also implemented in this design. Systematic test results show that the gateway could accom- plish data transfer, provide a reliable performance normally, and achieve the conversion between different data frame.
