瑶医与中医刮痧疗法比较探析

A Comparative Study of Scraping Therapy in Yao Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医学与瑶医学都擅长运用刮痧疗法治疗疾病,2种刮痧疗法操作方法相似,功效和主治病证略有差别。主要表现在所依据的理论有所不同,而瑶医学的刮痧疗法以口传心授为传承方式,更注重经验的传承,强调自然而然的状态,理论指导的痕迹不明显。这些特点的产生与其民族的历史、生存环境、文化传承方式以及瑶医学理论本身的特点有关。

Traditional Chinese medicine and Yao medicine are good at the external treatment of disease by using the scraping therapy. Operational methods of two kinds scraping therapy are similar, and there is a slight difference in efficacy and indications between them. There are two significant differences which mainly displays between them, one is the basis of the theory, and the other is that scraping therapy of Yao medicine is inherited by oral teaching that pays more attention to passing on experience, emphasizes the natural state. The trace theory guidance is not obvious. Formation of these features is related to the history of the nation, the living environment, the way of cultural heritage, and the characteristics of Yao medicine theory itself.
