摘要
心理契约是教师与学校之间对双方责任和义务构建的内隐性契约,是高校教师工作绩效、离职率等的重要影响因素。对青年教师心理契约的违背问题分析发现,主要存在认知误区、沟通不畅、职业发展管理缺失、工作环境满意度低、有效激励缺乏等问题。要解决存在的问题必须加强有效沟通与互动、进行职业生涯科学管理、建立有效激励机制、形成心理契约动态监控系统等,进而促进高校对青年教师进行有效管理。
Psychological contract, implicitly built is an important factor of higher school teachers' between teachers and schools about responsibility and obligation, job performance and turnover rate. This paper discusses the rea- sons of psychological contract violation of young teachers' management in colleges and universities, including the misunderstanding of psychological contract, poor communication, teachers' career mismanagement, low satisfaction of work environment, and lack of effective incentive. And, on the basis of analyzing the reason for breach, counter- measures for avoiding psychological contract violations are put forward. They help to strengthen communication, in- teraction and scientific management to career, establish effective incentive mechanism and form psychological con- tract's dynamic monitoring system.
