花样滑冰与芭蕾舞蹈具有许多相似之处。花样滑冰对于学习者的舞蹈技术、表现意识以及音乐鉴赏能力有很高的要求。在花样滑冰舞蹈训练中适当地引入芭蕾舞教学方法,无疑对提高学习者这三方面的能力均具有非常重要的作用。

There are many similarities between figure skating and ballet didactics. Figure skating stresses dance techniques, expression consciousness and musicianship. Therefore, it plays an important part in developing the sportsmen＇ s such abilities if ballet didactics can be appropriately applied to dance training of figure skating. The paper analyzes scientificity, effectiveness and significance of ballet didactics in dance training of figure skating. It discusses training methods, skills training and dynamic and static training, and also elaborates training methods in developing stage of ballet dancing skills.
