Song Xiuyan, Vice-President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women＇s Federation, met Farida Sellal, wife ofAbdelmalek Sellal, Prime Minister of Algeria, at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, in Beijing, on April 28, 2015. Sellal accompanied her husband during his visit to China.
