摘要
以传统民营企业——浙江步阳集团为例,分析该企业从创立至今的转型升级之路,梳理其采取的致力于主营业务的产品多元化、遍布全球的市场扩张多元化、基于自主品牌战略的投资多元化,以及发展以核心技术为轴心的同心多元化、转向弱相关或非相关产业的混合多元化等不同的转型升级举措,以期为其他中小企业的转型升级提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Taking the traditional private enterprise---Zhejiang Buyang Group as an example, this article analyzes a series of small business' s transformation path,including devoting to product diversification of company's main business,making a network of market expansion diversification around the world, carrying out investment diversification based on own brand, developing concentric diversification centered round core technology, and carrying out investment diversification of turning to the low-correlative or non-correlative industry.h aims at providing guidance and consideration for other small business' s transformation and upgrading.
