财经类院校高年级本科生科研能力培养模式研究

Research on Scientific Research Ability Training Mode of Senior Undergraduate of Finance and Economics Colleges

面对人才需求的日益多元化,财经类院校如何培养出满足这一需求的创新型和高层次人才具有极大的现实意义。首先分析加强高年级本科生科研能力培养的意义,接着对其中存在的问题进行深入分析,进而以安徽财经大学经济学院为例,从完善本科生导师制、以经济学国家级特色专业建设为契机、依托大学生科研项目等方面探讨如何提升高年级本科生科研创新的能力。

Face the increasingly diverse demand of talent, it has a great practical significance that how economics colleges cultivate talents to meet this demand of innovative and high-level personnel. First, this paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the scientific research ability of senior undergraduate. And then this paper has analysis the problems, and then School of Economics of Anhui University of Finance ＆ Economics as a example, from some aspects that improving the tutorial system, national characteristic specialty construction as an opportunity to economics, relying on college students＇ scientific research project to discusses how to improve senior undergraduate scientific research innovation ability.
