摘要
如何有效利用农作物秸秆,减少资源浪费和环境污染,成为社会普遍关注的大问题。从思想认识、利用途径、政策措施、效益成本方面剖析农作物秸秆未有效利用而被焚烧的深层次原因,并提出对策与建议,以促进秸秆资源化、商品化和产业化利用。
How to effectively use straw crops and reduce resource waste and environment pollution is getting more and more attention. In the article, it analyzed the deep reasons of straw not effectively used but burned from the aspects of thinking, utilization way, policy and benefit and cost, and raised the countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the utilization of straw resource recovery, commercialization and industrialization.
