清肺合剂内服治疗放射性肺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qingfei Mixture in Treating Radiation Pneumonia

目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂清肺合剂内服治疗放射性肺炎的效果。方法:将66例患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组33例。对照组给予地塞米松静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在给予地塞米松静脉滴注同时给予清肺合剂治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组综合疗效优于对照组,治疗组有效30例,有效率为90.90%,对照组有效23例,有效率为69.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清肺合剂可有效治疗恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致放射性肺炎,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the Chinese medicine Qingfei mixture for radiation pneumonitis. Methods： 66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases and control group with 33 cases. The control group was given intravenous dexamethasone treatment and the treatment group were given intravenous dexamethasone and Qingfei mixture treatment,comparing the efficacy of 2 groups. Results： The comprehensive effect in treatment group was better than that in control group. The treatment group 30 cases effective,efficiency was 90. 90%. Control group 23 cases were effective,effective rate was 69. 70%,there was significant difference between 2 groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The Qingfei mixture is effective in the treatment of malignant tumors induced by radiotherapy radiation pneumonia,which is worthy of clinical application.
