摘要
"通导解毒法"是在"毒证四层辨证法"指导下创立的治疗急性胰腺炎的中医特色治法,通过分析急性胰腺炎的病因病机,认为"腑气不通,瘀毒内蕴"是本病的核心,在治疗上针对性地提出"以通为用,解毒为先"的要义,阐释急性胰腺炎在毒证动、沉两层中的不同证型用药,倡导"四位一体"治疗重症胰腺炎;并举案例以说明临床应用。
The therapeutic method of unblocking and dredging to detoxify is one of the Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic therapy for acute pancreatitis under the guidance of toxin disease four - layer pattern identification. Through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis, and pointed out that bowel - qi obstructed and toxin - stasis accumulation is the core of acute pancreatitis. In the aspect of treatment we put forward the essence was removing impediment and detoxification, and interpretation of different patterns identification and treatment of the two layers of move - layer and sank - layer in toxin disease, and advocacy of four - in - one method for severe acute pancreatitis, and took one acute pancreatitis case report to illustrate the clinical application.
